You can fund your Gnosis Card Safe with either EURe or GBPe. There are two ways to do this:
Option 1: Bank Transfer via IBAN
If you’ve linked an IBAN through Monerium to your Gnosis Pay account, you can fund your Gnosis Card Safe by bank transfer. Learn more about getting an IBAN here.
1. Click the Add Funds button.
2. In the popup click on Bank Transfer.
3. Copy the bank details and use them in your bank's interface to transfer funds.
4. Save the IBAN to your bank contacts to make future transfers quicker.
Important Notes:
Transfers from an account in your own name are processed automatically 24/7, 365 days a year.
Automatic transfers have limits of €950 daily, €5,000 weekly, and €20,000 monthly.
Transfers from an account in a different name are processed during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:00 UTC). These are typically processed within a minute, but Monerium may take longer and could request extra information.
Your bank may charge for international payments.
All transfers use SEPA Instant if supported by the counterpart bank. If not, or if the amount is over €100,000, SEPA Standard will be used.
Instant payments are available 24/7, 365 days a year. SEPA Standard payments may take up to one business day.
Option 2: Send Funds to the Gnosis Card Safe Address
If you're familiar with decentralised finance (DeFi) products, like exchanges or bridges, you can transfer funds directly to your Gnosis Card Safe.
Important: Only send EURe or GBPe tokens on the Gnosis Chain. Tokens from other chains or non-supported tokens won't work with the Gnosis Card.
Here’s how:
1. Click the "Add Funds" button.
2. In the popup, select Deposit EURe/GBPe
3. A popup will appear with the address where you can send EURe or GBPe. Copy this address and use it to send the funds.
Option 3: Swap Tokens
You can also swap other tokens for EURe or GBPe to fund your Gnosis Card Safe.
Steps:
Click the "Add Funds" button.
In the popup, select Swap Tokens.
Choose the token you want to swap and the amount.
4. Confirm the swap to receive EURe or GBPe in your Gnosis Card Safe.
