You can easily add funds to your Gnosis Card Safe using a bank transfer if you’ve linked your IBAN through Monerium to your Gnosis Pay account. Follow the steps below to top up your account.

Steps to Add Funds via Bank Transfer:

1. Click the Add Funds button.

2. In the popup click on Bank Transfer.

3. Copy the bank details shown, including your IBAN and reference number.

4. Paste these details into your bank's transfer interface and initiate the transfer.

5. For future ease, save the IBAN in your bank contacts to make quick transfers.


Important Notes for Bank Transfers:

  • Own-name transfers (from a bank account in your own name) are processed automatically 24/7, 365 days a year.

    • Limits: €950 daily, €5,000 weekly, and €20,000 monthly for automatic processing.

  • Transfers from a different name account (e.g., a friend’s or business account) are processed during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:00 UTC).

    • These usually process within a minute, but Monerium may request additional information, which could cause delays.

  • International Payments: Be aware that your bank may charge fees for international transfers.

  • SEPA Transfers:

    • All payments go through SEPA Instant (if your bank supports it), meaning funds will arrive almost instantly.

    • If your bank doesn’t support SEPA Instant, or if the transfer exceeds €100,000, SEPA Standard will be used, which can take up to one business day.

  • Instant payments are available 24/7, 365 days a year, but SEPA Standard payments may take longer depending on your bank.


Following these steps ensures a smooth and quick process for topping up your Gnosis Card Safe via bank transfer. If you encounter any issues or delays, Monerium may request more details to complete the transfer.
