This guide explains how to recover unsupported ERC20 tokens accidentally sent to your Gnosis Pay Safe. It walks through using the Custom Token selector to transfer the tokens to an external wallet and explains how to gather the required information, including token contract address.
Your Gnosis Pay Safe is designed to support only specific stablecoins (EURe, GBPe, USDCe and GNO for cashback multiplier). If you send any other ERC20 token — like WETH or USDT — it will not appear in your Gnosis Pay dashboard.
However, your funds are not lost. This guide will show you how to safely recover them using the custom token toggle
