If your Gnosis Pay card is lost or stolen, it’s essential to act quickly to protect your funds. This guide explains how to instantly restrict your card using the Gnosis Pay web app and what steps to take next, including checking for fraud and ordering a replacement card.
How to Report Your Lost or Stolen Card
Follow these steps to secure your card immediately:
Log In to Gnosis Pay:
Use your email or connect your wallet to access the web app.Go to 'Card Details':
Open the main menu and select theCardsection.Select the Card:
If you have more than one card, choose the one that’s missing.Scroll to the 'Lost or Stolen Card' Section:
Located at the bottom of the card settings page.Click to Report:
ChooseReport card as lostorReport card as stolenand confirm.
→ This will immediately deactivate the card and block all future transactions.
What to Do Next
After reporting the card, take these steps:
Contact Support Immediately:
Open the chat widget in the bottom-right of the Gnosis Pay app to create a support ticket.-
Include Key Information:
State that you reported a lost or stolen card
Include your account email address
If you suspect fraud, include details of the unrecognised transaction(s): merchant, date, and amount
Check Your Transactions:
Review your recent card activity in the app for any unfamiliar payments.Order a New Card:
