Your Gnosis Pay card and the web app both stop working on 20 December 2026. Your Safe, your funds and your ability to withdraw them don't stop - there's no deadline on that, and there never will be.

WHAT STOPS
GNO cashback
Ends 30 September 2026 at 23:59 UTC, across all partners. The final distribution is 7 October 2026.
To be certain a purchase counts, spend by 28 September.
Eligibility goes by transaction date, but the transaction also has to settle by 5 October - and settlement usually takes one to three business days, so a purchase late on 30 September might not settle in time.
Cashback already paid to you stays yours - ending the programme reverses nothing already distributed. Any cashback or incentives after that come from the partner app you've joined, on their terms.
If you think your cashback is wrong, contact us by 30 October 2026 and we'll look into it.
Your Gnosis Pay card
Stops working when the programme winds up on 20 December 2026. After that, payments and ATM withdrawals will be declined.
If you move onto a partner's new platform before then, your Gnosis Pay card will be replaced by a partner card instead.
The web app
Closes for everything except withdrawals on 20 December 2026. From then you'll no longer be able to freeze or unfreeze your card, view or change your PIN, see your card details, set spending limits, view your transaction history, add funds, create cards, or add and remove Safe owners.

WHAT CONTINUES
Your funds, and your ability to withdraw them
Your Safe is on Gnosis Chain and belongs to you. There's no deadline on withdrawing, and there never will be - that doesn't depend on Gnosis Pay continuing to exist.
The withdrawal page stays open. Even if we eventually retire it, the tool is open source and your Safe can be reached with any Safe-compatible wallet. Repo
Your IBAN
If you have a EUR IBAN, it keeps working. It's linked to your wallet rather than your card, and it's provided by Monerium, a separately licensed e-money institution - not by Gnosis Pay.
If you have a EUR IBAN, incoming transfers arrive in your own wallet. Worth redirecting anything regular if you've stopped using that wallet. 📄 Getting money to a bank account
Your GNO and your OG NFT
Your GNO sits in your Safe like any other token - not staked, nothing to unstake, just withdraw it when you're ready. It isn't spendable on the card.
Your OG NFT stays in your wallet. It isn't revoked or burned and it can't be transferred. Whether it carries any benefit in future is for each partner app to decide.
Support
General cardholder support ends on 18 June 2027. We keep helping with refunds, disputes and chargebacks until 12 June 2028. Getting your own money out isn't limited by either date.
