If you're experiencing issues with the Gnosis Pay WebApp — like a page not loading, a button not responding, or outdated information — clearing your browser's cache and cookies is often the quickest fix.
This guide provides two reliable methods: a standard browser-wide clear and an advanced, targeted clear for Gnosis Pay only.
Method 1: Standard Clear (All Websites)
This method is the most straightforward and works across all sites. Use this if you're unsure where the issue lies. Note: You’ll be logged out of most websites.
Google Chrome (Desktop)
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
Select
Clear browsing data....Choose
All timefrom the time range dropdown.Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

Click
Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox (Desktop)
Click the menu icon (≡) and choose
Settings.Go to
Privacy & Security.Under
Cookies and Site Data, clickClear Data….Ensure both checkboxes are ticked.

Clear.
Microsoft Edge (Desktop)
Click the three-dot menu (…) and choose
Settings.Go to
Privacy, search, and services.Under
Clear browsing data, clickChoose what to clear.Set the time range to

Check both boxes and click
Clear now.

Click
Safariin the top menu bar.Choose
Settings…→Privacytab.-
Click
Manage Website Data…→Remove All→Remove Now.
Safari (iOS)
Open the Settings app.
Scroll to Safari → Tap
Clear History and Website Data.-
Confirm when prompted.
Chrome (Android)
Open Chrome → Tap menu (⋮) →
Settings.Go to
Privacy and security→Clear browsing data.Choose
All timeas time range.Check both boxes → Tap
Clear data.
Method 2: Targeted Clear for Gnosis Pay Only (Advanced)
Use this to clear only the Gnosis Pay WebApp data without affecting your other sessions.
Steps (Desktop)
Open Developer Tools: Right-click anywhere on the Gnosis Pay page → Select
Inspect.Go to Application Tab: In the Developer Tools panel, click
Application.Navigate to Storage: Select
Storagein the left menu.Clear Site Data: Check
including third-party cookies→ ClickClear site data.-
Refresh: Close Developer Tools and reload the page.
What to Expect After Clearing
You will be logged out of Gnosis Pay (and other sites, if Method 1 was used).
The Gnosis Pay site may load slower on first visit as assets are reloaded.
