How to View Your PIN
You can securely view your current PIN at any time via the Gnosis Pay dashboard.
โ Steps:
Log in to the Gnosis Pay dashboard
Go to the Card section
On the Card Details and Settings page, tap the eye icon next to the PIN field to reveal it
๐ For your security, your PIN is never stored or shown outside of this interface.
How to Change Your PIN
You must visit a supported ATM to change your PIN. This updates the PIN on the cardโs chip.
โ Steps:
Insert your card into an ATM (preferably from a major bank)
Enter your current PIN
Select "PIN Services" or "Change PIN" from the ATM menu

Enter your new 4-digit PIN, then confirm it
โ ๏ธ PIN Rules:
Cannot use sequential digits (e.g. 1234)
Cannot use repeated digits (e.g. 1123)
How to Unblock a Blocked PIN
If you enter the wrong PIN too many times, it will become blocked for security reasons.

Go to a major bank ATM
Insert your Gnosis Pay Card
Navigate to PIN Services > Unblock PIN
Enter your correct PIN to unlock the card
