Viewing, Changing and Unblocking Your Card PIN

This guide shows you how to view your Gnosis Pay Card PIN, change it using an ATM, and unblock it if it becomes locked. It also includes troubleshooting tips for PIN-related issues.

 

Your 4-digit PIN is used for secure in-store payments and ATM withdrawals. This article explains how to:

How to View Your PIN

You can securely view your current PIN at any time via the Gnosis Pay dashboard.

 

✅ Steps:

  1. Log in to the Gnosis Pay dashboard

  2. Go to the Card section

  3. On the Card Details and Settings page, tap the eye icon next to the PIN field to reveal it

🔐 For your security, your PIN is never stored or shown outside of this interface.

 

 

How to Change Your PIN

You must visit a supported ATM to change your PIN. This updates the PIN on the card’s chip.

 

✅ Steps:

  1. Insert your card into an ATM (preferably from a major bank)

  2. Enter your current PIN

  3. Select "PIN Services" or "Change PIN" from the ATM menu

  4. Enter your new 4-digit PIN, then confirm it

     

⚠️ PIN Rules:

  • Cannot use sequential digits (e.g. 1234)

  • Cannot use repeated digits (e.g. 1123)

 

 

How to Unblock a Blocked PIN

If you enter the wrong PIN too many times, it will become blocked for security reasons.

 

✅ Steps to Unblock:

  1. Go to a major bank ATM

  2. Insert your Gnosis Pay Card

  3. Navigate to PIN Services > Unblock PIN

  4. Enter your correct PIN to unlock the card

💡 If unsure about your PIN, view it in the dashboard before visiting the ATM.
