If your Monerium IBAN is linked to your old Gnosis Pay Safe, you need to move it before using bank transfers again. Any transfer sent to an IBAN still pointing at your old Safe will be lost.
Affected by the recent security incident? If you're here because of the exploit, this is a required step for anyone who had a Monerium IBAN linked to their card wallet. Please also refer to our recovery guide for the full picture.
How to link your IBAN to a new address
Step 1 - Log into your Monerium account
Go to monerium.app. If you've never logged in directly, use Forgot password with your Gnosis Pay email address.
Step 2 - Check whether your old Safe is still linked
In your wallet list, check whether your old Gnosis Pay Safe is set as the receiving address for your IBAN. If it is, you'll need to move it before making or receiving any bank transfers.
Step 3 - Move your IBAN to a new wallet
Option A - Web3 wallet (quickest)
Connect a personal wallet (Rabby or MetaMask) to Monerium with Gnosis Chain enabled. Then go to the Receive page, select your new wallet, and click Move IBAN to set it as the new receiving address.
Option B - Partner app

⚠️ It is no longer possible to link the new Gnosis Pay Safe directly to Monerium. This flow was discontinued and is not available as an option.
