This article explains what it means to receive a final KYC rejection from Gnosis Pay. It outlines the compliance-based reasons behind this decision and clarifies why re-submission is not possible.
π« What a Final KYC Rejection Means
If you receive a message indicating your identity verification was permanently rejected, it means we are unable to offer you a Gnosis Pay Card.
This is a final decision based on strict financial regulations and risk rules that Gnosis Pay must follow in partnership with regulated entities such as Visa, SumSub, and Monerium.
You will not be able to re-submit new documents for review.
π Why Was My Application Rejected?
We understand this outcome may be disappointing. While we are unable to disclose exact reasons for individual cases, a final rejection typically results from one or more of the following:

Our systems may flag high-risk profiles based on a wide range of external and internal data sources.Card Scheme Eligibility
Visa and other financial partners enforce their own policies, which we are contractually obligated to follow.
These checks are in place to protect users, uphold financial integrity, and ensure global compliance.
