Ordering Your Gnosis Pay Card: Step-by-Step Guide

This article walks you through how to sign up, verify your identity, pay for your Gnosis Pay Card, and complete your order. It covers each stage of the process from account creation to final shipping confirmation.

 

Welcome to Gnosis Pay! Ordering your self-custodial crypto debit card is quick and secure. The process is divided into three parts:

 

  1. Account Creation & Identity Verification

  2. Payment & Order Review

  3. Order Confirmation & Shipping

Part 1: Create Your Account & Complete KYC

This step ensures your identity is verified according to global financial regulations.

 

Steps:

  1. Visit gnosispay.com and click Sign Up.

  2. Enter your email address and verify it using the OTP sent to your inbox.

  3. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions.

  4. Complete the identity verification (KYC) process via our secure partner, SumSub:

     

    • Select your country

    • Upload an accepted ID document

    • Complete a short liveness check

Part 2: Review Details & Pay for Your Card

Once your KYC is approved, you'll continue to the payment and order review page.

 

Steps:

  1. Review your shipping address and ENS name

    • These are auto-filled from your KYC details.

    • If anything is incorrect, contact us using the widget or via help@gnosispay.com before continuing.

  2. Pay for your card

    • The card costs 30.23 EURe.

    • You’ll need this amount in your personal wallet on Gnosis Chain.

    • You’ll be prompted to approve the transaction securely.

Part 3: Confirm Your Order & Shipping Details

You're almost done!

 

What Happens Next:

  1. You’ll see a success screen confirming your payment has gone through on-chain.

  2. You’ll receive a follow-up email to confirm your order has been placed.

  3. Your card will be created at the end of that working day and move into the shipment process.
