To receive your Gnosis Pay Card, you must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) check. This is a standard regulatory requirement and helps protect the network from fraud and abuse.

The KYC Process at a Glance
Your KYC is handled by our secure verification partner, SumSub. You’ll complete the process directly on your smartphone in three quick steps:
Proof of Identity (POI) – Upload a valid government-issued photo ID
Proof of Address (POA) – Upload a recent document with your name and address
Liveness Check – Use your phone camera to take a short selfie or live image

You must upload a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.

Be in your full name (matching your Gnosis Pay profile)
Be recent – issued within the last 3 months
Show full address clearly
Be a full, uncropped image or original PDF

Neobank statements (e.g. Wise, Revolut)
Mobile or internet bills
Most government mail
Screenshots or partial scans

If you are a legal resident of Brazil, you must upload:
Your RG or CNH (national ID or driver’s licence)

A: No. All documents must be in your name. We cannot accept any documents under a third party, even family members.
Q: Can I complete KYC on a computer?
A: No. A smartphone is required to take photos of your documents and complete the liveness check using your device's camera.
