Congratulations on successfully ordering your Gnosis Pay Card!
Here’s what to expect next — including email confirmations, shipping timelines, and delivery guidance.
Step 1: Confirmation of Your Order (via Email)
After your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming your order.
⚠️ Important:
If you don’t see the email within an hour, check your spam or promotions folders
If you still can’t find it, contact us using the chat widget or via help@gnosispay.com.
Step 2: Card Shipment Notification
Once your order is confirmed:
Your card will be prepared for shipment
You’ll receive a second email once your card has been dispatched
📦 Note: Tracking is not available for card shipments at this time.
Step 3: Delivery Timelines
Delivery times depend on your location. In general:
Most cards arrive within 2 weeks

Please allow up to 4 weeks maximum for delivery
Your card will be shipped to the address you confirmed during the final email step.
