Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Access Card Details
Log in to your account and navigate to the Card Details section in the web app, located in the left-hand panel.
2. Manage Security Settings
In the Card Details section, select Manage Security Settings to view available options for managing your card’s security.
3. Report Your Card as Lost or Stolen
Click Lost or Stolen Card to immediately block your card.
Important: Once blocked, your card will no longer be able to process any transactions.
A support ticket will automatically open for you to request a replacement card.
