Lost or Stolen Card: Next Steps

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access Card Details

  • Log in to your account and navigate to the Card Details section in the web app, located in the left-hand panel.

2. Manage Security Settings

  • In the Card Details section, select Manage Security Settings to view available options for managing your card’s security.

3. Report Your Card as Lost or Stolen

  • Click Lost or Stolen Card to immediately block your card.

    • Important: Once blocked, your card will no longer be able to process any transactions.

  • A support ticket will automatically open for you to request a replacement card.
