This advanced guide explains how to off-ramp EURe from your Gnosis Pay Safe to a traditional bank account. It covers two options: using a supported partner wallet (recommended) or manually withdrawing through Monerium via a linked EOA wallet.

The off-ramp process described here is currently not built into the Gnosis Pay app. It requires use of partner wallets or direct access to Monerium, our regulated banking partner.

🛠 How the Off-Ramp Works
Your Gnosis Card Safe is a smart contract wallet with enhanced security and permissions. At this time, it cannot directly initiate off-ramp transfers to a bank account.
To send funds to a bank, you must first move your stablecoins (EURe) to a compatible personal wallet (EOA), and then use Monerium to complete the transaction.
🥇 Option 1: Use a Supported Partner Wallet (Recommended)
Some integrated Gnosis Pay wallets — like Zeal, Picnic, or Gnosis App — offer a built-in "Withdraw to Bank" or "IBAN Outbound" feature.
Steps:
Open your partner wallet app
Look for a Withdraw to Bank or similar option
Follow the in-app instructions
This is the safest and simplest method.
🧩 Option 2: Manual Withdrawal via Monerium (Advanced Users Only)
If your wallet does not support in-app withdrawal, follow this two-stage manual method on the Monerium website.
Stage A: Link Your Personal EOA Wallet
Go to monerium.com
Log in with the same email as your Gnosis Pay account
Navigate to
Wallets>Link WalletConnect your personal EOA wallet (e.g. Rabby)
Monerium will use this wallet to authorise your off-ramp transaction.
Stage B: Send Funds and Initiate Bank Withdrawal
Transfer Funds from Gnosis Pay
Use theSend Fundsfeature in Gnosis Pay to send your EURe to the linked EOA wallet that has the IBAN attachedInitiate Withdrawal on Monerium
Log back into Monerium
Select the linked wallet holding your EURe
Follow prompts to send funds to your linked SEPA bank account
