If you entered the wrong shipping address when ordering your Gnosis Pay Card, you may still be able to update it — but time is critical.
Once your card order is finalised and sent to our issuer, the shipping address can no longer be changed.

How to Request a Change: Step-by-Step
To update your shipping address, you must contact support and submit a valid Proof of Address (POA) for the new address.
