How does it work?
To participate in the Referral Program, you need to have a Gnosis Pay Card and have completed at least one card payment.
Share your referral link with friends, family, crypto colleagues, or anyone interested in being part of the future of payments. Your unique link will be available in our Web App starting from June 25th, 2024. Please note that only links generated after this date are valid; any previously generated ones will no longer work.
All referees will be eligible to order their Gnosis Pay Cards for free, while other rewards are linked to the specific details that change in a seasonal manner.
The reward structure for Season 4 as described below started on December 16th, 2024, and will last until January 31st, 2025.
New Rewards Structure:
1. If you (the Referrer) are an OG NFT Holder:
You will receive 40 EURe for each referee who becomes an Active User;
The referees will be able to order a Gnosis Pay card free of charge.
Additionally, each successful referee will also receive 10 EURe once they become an Active User.
The referee will be considered an “Active User” once they have signed up, activated their Gnosis Pay account (including successfully completing KYC), and completed at least one payment using their Gnosis Pay Card*. The referee must use your referral link for the referral to be valid. Only referees who become Active Users will be considered a valid referral for the purposes of this program and any rewards.
2. If you (the Referrer) are not an OG NFT Holder:
You will have the chance to gain access to an OG NFT if you refer 2 or more people who order the Gnosis Pay card. The referees will be able to order a Gnosis Pay card free of charge.
Referral Rewards timeline:
For OG NFT Holders:
The referee’s Gnosis Pay card order must be completed with your referral link by 31 January, 2025 23:59 UTC, for the referral to be considered for this program. Referees must become an Active User before 28 February, 2025 23:59 UTC.
Rewards will be transferred to the referrer’s Gnosis Pay Safe as EURe or GBPe (depending on their account’s supported funds) on 15 March, 2025.
For Non-OG NFT Holders:
The referee’s Gnosis Pay card order must be completed with your referral link by 31 January 2025 23:59 UTC, for the referral to be considered for this program.
If you refer 2 or more people, you will be notified about your OG NFT eligibility via email with a link to claim the NFT. We will be doing this on a weekly basis, every Thursday. The final eligibility email will be sent out on 6 February 2025.
How can I get my Referral Link?

How do my referees sign up using my Referral link?
Referees need to use your referral link during their card order. Referees will get a 100% discount (EUR 30.23) on the Gnosis Pay card by using the referral link. If they don't use the referral link, it won’t be counted as a referral.
For OG NFT Holders:
For the referrer and referee (if applicable) to receive any rewards, referees must:
Complete the sign-up and KYC verification processes,
Complete the card ordering process using the referral link
Activate their card and complete a payment with their card (whether online or in person).
For non-OG NFT Holders:
For the referrer and referee (if applicable) to receive any rewards, referees must:
Complete the sign-up and KYC verification processes,
Complete the card ordering process using the referral link
Notes:
Referrer must be an eligible Gnosis Pay account holder and be an Active User, including having already used their Gnosis Pay Card to make a card payment.
The referee must use their unique link to create their Gnosis Pay account;
Referees will be considered an “Active User” only once they have activated their Gnosis Pay account (including successfully completing KYC) and completed a transaction with their Card.
To be valid, the transaction the referred user makes with their Gnosis Pay card must be at a POS terminal with a merchant, and the payment must not be subsequently refunded.
Please note that only the links available in the Web App from June 25th onward are valid. Any link sent previously will be disregarded.
Referrers have the chance to earn rewards for up to a maximum of 100 successful referrals. After reaching that limit, additional rewards will not be available.
Referred users must be new to the Gnosis Pay services and not have previously held a Gnosis Pay account.
The rewards (from valid referrals) for the current season will be transferred as EURe or GBPe (depending on your account’s supported funds) to your Gnosis Pay Safe on 15 March, 2025.
Eligible recipients will be whitelisted for the OG NFT weekly, and informed via email with a claim link.
