IMPORTANT: When traveling abroad, when presented with an option to choose the currency at the payment terminal, we recommend to use the local currency of the country you're in. For example, if you're a UK cardholder travelling in Germany, choose Euros (EUR) when presented with the currency option on a terminal for transactions. This will give you a better FX conversion rate, and hence save you money!
