If you see an error or missing information in your shipping address, you can contact us using the chat bot at the bottom right corner of the page (or email us at [email protected]) and ask to update your address.

If you want to change your shipping address for a new one:
If the new shipping address is in the same country, just contact us by clicking the chat bot at the bottom right corner of the page, create a ticket (or email us at [email protected] and ask to change your address).
If the new shipping address is in a different country, then you will need to make the change by providing a new proof of residency in Fractal. Check your Fractal emails where you will find how to access your Fractal dashboard and upload a new proof of residency.
